Return/Exchange
To return or exchange your a1scrubs order within 30 days of receipt, please use our return/exchange form.
For optimal return/exchange results:
Be sure your returns are clean and unwashed
Free of debris, pet hair and dirt
Undamaged, unworn and folded
All sewn-in label and hanging tags are intact
In original garment bag or similar plastic bag
to protect the scrubs in transit to us

Am I responsible for return shipping cost? We do not offer free return shipping, in most cases, however, we do pay the shipping charges should you do an exchange versus a return for refund. You are also not responsible for return shipping charges on any garment that is defective or received incorrectly. If this happens

How should I ship my return/exchange? We recommend taking your return directly to your local post office and ask for the least expensive shipping method available with tracking. Avoid pack and ship stores as they frequently charge twice what USPS would charge you directly.
If returning only, how long does it take to receive my refund? We process your refund within 1-2 business days of receipt and depending on your payment method, it should show in your account within 1-5 business days.
Will I be notified when my refund is processed? Yes, we'll send you a Return Refund Confirmation via email with all of the details.
If exchanging, how long will it take to receive my new order? With processing, packing and transit time, you should receive your exchange order within 4-6 business days depending on your location and barring any unforeseen events.
Will you send me tracking on my exchange order once it ships? Yes, we will monitor your exchange order and forward tracking to you the moment it becomes available.
